Monica Orr received her Master’s in Leisure Service Administration from Gallaudet University and is currently working part time as the DeafBlind Coordinator for the Knoxville Center of the Deaf. Orr has over thirty years of experience with the DeafBlind disability community, and has experienced hearing loss since birth. She has much experience in DeafBlind tactile interpreting and support service, and has been involved with Knoxville’s DeafBlind community for many years.
