BACKGROUND The applicant requested One Year Plan Amendment to O (Office). Office uses at this location represent a logical extension of the plan designation from the north, south and west. Office uses for this site would be compatible with the surrounding development and zoning pattern.

RECOMMENDATION The Metropolitan Planning Commission recommended approving the One Year Plan to Office as approved by MPC by a vote of 11-0-2 (Consent).
